Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Be in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at shop.detoxstick@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened or used personal care products
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Customized or promotional items

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a return for the original product and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
